Most of the time you will be able to get the deal without sending it to others but to ensure you do receive the offer especially one you really want, it's best to send it to your friends as well. In any event, why keep a good offer to yourself – remember, friends don't let friends pay retail.
Log in to jdeal, and then click on "Purchases" in the upper right hand corner. You
will see your vouchers that you can either view or print. Once you've used a
coupon, click 'used' and it will be marked as used.
Log in to jdeal. On the left hand side, under the deal headline and price, there
are buttons for Twitter, Facebook or to email. Just choose which way you want to
send the deal to someone and click on the relevant button to share. You must
remember to be logged in to do this so it tracks the sale back to you. Please note that you will only earn a credit if a person is new to jdeal and purchases a deal.
You will be sent an email letting you know that you earned a jdeal credit and it will show up in the top right corner of the screen when you are signed into jdeal. You will only earn a credit if a person is new to jdeal and purchases a deal.
Your credit will be automatically applied when you make your next purchase. Credits cannot be used to purchase deals for not-for-profit organizations.
Credits are valid for 120 days. jdeal reserves the right to cancel any credits issued to fraudulent or duplicate accounts.
Click "Buy" before the offer ends at midnight. As long as the minimum number of people have signed up you'll get your deal. We'll only charge your credit card if the minimum number of people have also "bought" the offer. If that minimum number of redemptions isn't met, no one gets it — so it is in your best interest to invite all your friends. If you don't have any friends, you should get out more.
If not enough people tell us they want the deal then the offer is cancelled and nobody is charged. This shows why you really don't want to keep these incredible offers to yourself. Did we mention you ought to tell all your friends?
You will need to check the expiration date of your deal but in most cases you won't need to use it the same day.
Once we've processed your payment, you'll receive an email with a link to sign in and print your jdeal. This jdeal email will have all the information you need to redeem the offer and enjoy your seriously surprising deal.
Of course. We tell all the vendors we work with that jdeals can be used as gifts, and unless the small print states otherwise, assume you can treat your buddy to a jdeal. If you do want to use your jdeal offer as a gift, let us know by clicking on the appropriate option at the checkout.
Yes, this does not matter. The vendor will still accept it.
For the most part, yes! You are not allowed to spread it over a period of time — your jdeal has to be used on a single deal. Unless stated otherwise, you will not receive a credit or cash back for whatever part of the jdeal you don't use. If you think you are not going to be able to use the whole offer, why not make someone's day and share it?

No – we only charge your card if the jdeal reaches the minimum number of redemptions required to make that deal active.

Terms & Conditions, except to the extent such terms are prohibited by applicable law.
Is the Pope Catholic? At jdeal, we take the safety of your credit card details very seriously. At no time is your personal information stored on our system. Your credit card number is transmitted by SSL directly to a secure electronic vault. Your credit card information is never shared or stored on the jdeal servers.
Of course you can. If you change your mind, as long as it is within five (5) days from the time that you purchased a deal, you may return it for a full refund with the following exceptions: a) a purchase for an event that is less than 5 days away or b) you've used your jdeal or your jdeal order has already been processed by the merchant (if an order has been shipped it definitely is considered processed). Our goal is to ensure you have a great experience and if you do have any problems with the voucher, redemption of the deal or had an unsatisfactory experience just contact our customer service team, at
customerservice@jdeal.com. We take any issues you may have very seriously and while we do not guarantee a refund except as described elsewhere, we will do our best to work with the Merchant to solve the problem to your satisfaction.
Once a jdeal meets its expiration date, it will lose its promotional value, but you can still redeem it for the price you actually paid for it (according to the length of time stated by the gift certificate laws in your state).
It depends. For example, if someone uses our discussion board to make personal attacks or write something inappropriate, we reserve the right to remove it from the site. Barring distasteful comments, your comments will stay up on jdeal for all to see.
All restaurants and food establishments featured on jdeal are Kosher and Rabbinically Supervised. In addition it is jdeal's aim to serve the kosher community at large by providing the necessary information to make informed kosher dining decisions. jdeal's policy is to list any restaurant carrying "Hashgachah." It is up to each kosher consumer to ascertain the level of reliability, credibility and acceptability in determining the trustworthiness of a particular Rav Hamachshir or Hashgachah. Please visit each restaurant's listing page for the information about who provides their certification.
If this is the case, or if a similar scenario occurs, we will give you a refund for the deal you purchased.
